What your purchase includes

Your purchase grants access to the Torqen features included in the selected plan for its stated duration. The current access periods are 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, depending on the plan.

A retailer product pictured on the website is an example or a separate retailer offer. It is not an item delivered by Torqen as part of an access plan.

Automatic access by email

Access is released automatically and immediately after successful payment confirmation. Portal access instructions and login details are sent to the email used for your purchase.

Use the portal address and login instructions in your purchase email. Provide a working email address and check that it is spelled correctly before paying. Access is released after the payment is successfully confirmed; an unpaid, failed or pending payment does not activate a plan.

Plan duration and expiry

Your access period starts when payment is confirmed, rather than when you first log in. The selected plan remains valid for its stated number of days from that point.

The period included in each plan is displayed on the Pricing page. Keep your purchase confirmation. Plans do not renew automatically; a further period requires a separate purchase.

Worldwide availability

Torqen is available worldwide and covers public coupons from Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee and other supported platforms displayed in the portal. Individual offers depend on the retailer, country, shipping destination and coupon conditions.

Worldwide access does not mean every retailer, coupon or product is available in every market. Confirm the applicable country, currency, eligibility, expiry and shipping terms with the retailer before buying.

If you cannot find your access email

1. Check the inbox, spam and junk folders for the email address used for your purchase.
2. Search for Torqen and check whether payment was successfully confirmed.
3. If the email is missing or the login does not work, contact support@torqen.lat with your purchase email, order reference if available, purchase date and a description of the issue.

Include an error message or screenshot when useful. Do not send passwords or full card details. Support is available Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00, New York time (EST/EDT).

If you prefer a refund and your request is within 14 calendar days of purchase, the full refund policy applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

Retailer orders

Stock, shipping, delivery, returns and warranty for a retailer product are governed by that retailer’s policies. A Torqen plan does not include retailer fulfillment.

Our 14-day full refund policy

For purchases made under this policy, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for your Torqen plan within 14 calendar days after purchase, for any reason. You do not need to show that the service was defective.

This policy applies to every plan, including the 7-day Weekly plan and both annual plans. Use of the service during this period does not, by itself, exclude a request from this policy.

Applicable mandatory consumer rights are preserved. A longer or additional right available under applicable law is not reduced by this policy.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@torqen.lat with the subject “Torqen refund request”, or use the Contact page.
2. Include the email used for the purchase, the purchase date and the order reference if available.
3. State that you are requesting a full refund. An explanation is optional for a request within the 14-day period.

Keep a copy of your request showing when it was sent. An eligible request made in time remains eligible while we locate the transaction and process it.

Refund method and confirmation

Refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to that payment method’s capabilities and rules. We will confirm the outcome or request the information needed to locate your purchase.

The time for a processed refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card issuer or bank. If it is not visible after the expected bank processing period, contact us so that we can check its status.

Any currency conversion or fee charged separately by your bank is governed by your bank’s terms.

Access after a refund

Access associated with a refunded purchase ends when that purchase is refunded. This does not prevent you from contacting support about the refund or making a new purchase in the future.

After 14 days or a delivery problem

Contact us if you experience non-delivery, a material problem with the service or a charge you believe is incorrect. We will assess the issue and any applicable consumer rights. The end of the voluntary 14-day period does not remove mandatory legal protections.

Retailer product refunds are handled by the retailer. This policy covers the Torqen access purchase.

Which policy applies to an earlier purchase

This version applies when presented with your purchase. A later version does not retrospectively reduce rights or change the terms you accepted for an earlier purchase. Keep your purchase confirmation and contact us if you need help identifying the applicable version.

No automatic renewal

The access plans displayed on this website are paid once. Torqen does not automatically charge you for a new period when that plan ends. A new period requires a new purchase.

Letting access expire

If you no longer wish to use Torqen, you can let the purchased period end without placing a new order. No subscription-renewal cancellation is required for these one-time plans.

Ending access early

If you want access associated with a purchase ended before expiry, email support@torqen.lat with your purchase email and order reference. Ending access and requesting a refund are separate requests.

A full refund requested within 14 calendar days after purchase is available under the Refund policy, regardless of your reason. Mandatory consumer rights remain available after that period where applicable.

Account and personal data requests

Stopping use, ending a purchased access period and requesting deletion of personal data are different actions. If you also want to exercise a privacy right, send a privacy request and review the Privacy policy.

These terms cover the Torqen website and purchases of access to the Torqen digital service.

Scope of the digital service

Torqen organizes public coupons, price comparisons, price history and custom alerts. The selected access plan determines the period included in the purchase. Premium Annual also includes the additional coverage and priority support described with that plan.

Information about a retailer is provided for research. We do not guarantee a discount, coupon acceptance, stock or a particular saving. Relevant retailer conditions can affect an offer.

Torqen is available worldwide and covers public coupons from Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee and other supported platforms displayed in the portal. Individual offers depend on the retailer, country, shipping destination and coupon conditions.

Premium Annual includes all standard features for 365 days, with expanded coupon coverage and priority support during our published support hours.

Purchases, prices and payment

Prices on this website are in U.S. dollars (USD). Each plan is a one-time purchase, without automatic renewal. Review the selected plan and final checkout amount before completing payment.

Payments are processed using Stripe. Available payment methods and any applicable amounts are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or charges.

Your card statement identifies the charge using the company name, growviral, LLC.

Contact support if you need help identifying a charge. You must provide accurate purchase information and be legally able to authorize the transaction under applicable law.

Access and appropriate use

Do not use the service for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent an association with Torqen or a listed retailer. Restrictions necessary to address misuse do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Retailer transactions and examples

A retailer product purchase takes place directly with that retailer and is separate from a Torqen access purchase. The retailer sets its final price, eligibility, coupon conditions, shipping, returns and warranty.

A retailer’s presence does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated. Interface previews, sample prices and charts on this website are illustrations; they are not live offers or proof of current availability.

Refunds, cancellation and expiry

Our current policy provides a full refund requested within 14 calendar days after purchase, for any reason, for all six plans. See the Refund policy for how to request it.

Plans expire without automatic renewal. See Cancellation & expiry if you want to stop using the service or end access early.

Information quality and service issues

Prices and coupons can change after they are checked. Confirm the final retailer price and terms before buying a retailer product. If Torqen information appears incorrect, contact support with the relevant product or offer details.

For a material problem with the Torqen service or failure to receive purchased access, contact support. We will address the purchase and any remedy available under these terms, our refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Privacy, statutory rights and policy changes

Our Privacy policy explains personal-data handling and available choices. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights, remedies or protections under applicable law.

The terms presented with a purchase govern that purchase. Updated terms are identified by their version date and do not retrospectively reduce rights for earlier purchases.

Information handled

• Purchase and contact information: name, email, order reference, selected plan, amount and payment status, as provided during a purchase or support request.
• Support correspondence: messages and files you choose to send about a purchase, access problem or privacy request.
• Account and service information: information associated with your portal access and the service actions you use, such as searches or alert preferences.
• Technical information: connection, device, browser and website identifiers handled where necessary for operation, security, or enabled measurement tools.

Information required by Stripe to process a payment is handled under its role and Privacy policy. Torqen support does not require complete card details or security codes.

Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to administer access purchases, deliver portal login details by email, provide the service, resolve support requests, process payments and refunds, prevent misuse, maintain service security and meet applicable obligations. The Meta pixel is used separately for advertising measurement.

Depending on the purpose and applicable law, the relevant ground can include performing the service contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests with appropriate protections, or consent when required. Advertising technologies are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Post-purchase emails

After successful payment, we send the portal address, login details and access instructions to the email used for your purchase. These emails are part of delivering the purchased service. This process does not enroll you in promotional email campaigns.

Your email address and the necessary order or access information are handled by the email delivery provider for this purpose. Keep your access email confidential and do not forward login details to others.

Service providers and third parties

Necessary information can be handled by providers involved in payments, hosting, transactional email delivery, service operation or security. Stripe processes Torqen payments. Meta provides the advertising pixel. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address a lawful request or protect legal rights.

Retailer websites are separate services with their own policies. Visiting or buying from a retailer is governed by that retailer’s privacy terms.

Meta pixel and campaign information

The website uses the Meta pixel for advertising measurement. Website events, browser or device information and advertising identifiers may be associated with a visit or checkout. Campaign information in the link can help associate the purchase with its source.

Applicable consent, objection and opt-out rights remain available. Browser cookie controls can affect site functions and do not replace rights required by law.

Retention and security

Information is retained for the time needed for the relevant service, support, payment, security or legal purpose. Purchase records may need to be retained after access ends for payment questions, financial obligations or legal requirements.

Retention decisions consider the purpose, whether the account or matter remains active, applicable retention obligations and whether the information can be deleted or anonymized. We apply measures appropriate to the information and purpose, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

International processing

Torqen is operated by a U.S. company and its service providers can process information in other countries. Applicable transfer rules and safeguards depend on the relevant data, provider and jurisdiction. Contact us for information about providers and transfers associated with your request.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Some records may need to be kept to comply with obligations or protect legal rights.

Email support@torqen.lat with the request and the email associated with your account. We may request proportionate information to confirm that the request relates to your data. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless a specific verification method is agreed.

Updates to this policy

This version is dated October 2, 2026. Material changes are reflected in the published policy. A change does not remove rights or obligations already applicable to information or purchases.

Rights that can apply

Subject to the circumstances and legal requirements, LGPD rights include confirmation of processing, access to data, correction of inaccurate or outdated data, information about sharing, portability, deletion of data processed with consent, withdrawal of consent, and appropriate action regarding unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data.

You can also request review of decisions made solely through automated processing that affect your interests, where applicable. Legal conditions and necessary retention obligations can affect a particular request.

How to make a request

Email your request with the subject “Torqen LGPD request” and include the email associated with your account. Specify the right you wish to exercise and the relevant context. We may ask for proportionate verification so that personal information is not disclosed to an unauthorized person.

We will handle requests within the requirements applicable to the request. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed and may affect a feature that depends on that consent.

Website operation

A customer portal or checkout can use cookies or similar identifiers for session continuity, security and operation. Which identifiers are present depends on the page and the tools enabled there.

Campaign information

Campaign links can include referral information, such as UTM parameters or a Meta click identifier. These can associate a visit or purchase with the campaign or link that led to it.

Meta advertising identifiers

The Meta pixel is used for advertising measurement. The checkout integration can pass identifiers named _fbp and _fbc when they are already present in the browser, alongside campaign information. These help associate website events with advertising activity.

Advertising identifiers are distinct from the payment confirmation and emails needed to deliver your purchase. Their use is subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Meta provides further information in its Privacy policy.
